• Hello, I’m using your plugin to sync some users from Active Directory into WordPress. I guess the plugin uses the ‘userAccountControl’ key to check for disabled users but this is not working for me. I have some users that I know are disabled on AD and when I sync to WordPress those users still exist and no disabled flag is added.

It seems some users are being disabled but some not. I didn’t find any pattern on why some are and some not.

  • Hello @wiznia,

have you enabled “Automatically deactivate users” and “Import disabled users” ?

I was missing the automatically deactivate users option, I’ll give it a try again, thanks!

Ok I ran the sync again but some users that I know are disabled on AD are not being flagged as disabled on WordPress.

    Thanks.

    Hello @wiznia,

can you please tell me the value of the “userAccountControl” attribute for one of those users ?

Sure, for example I have a user named ‘chucki’ who has a userAccountControl value of 514 which means disabled, right?

    Thanks!

    Hello @wiznia,

I am sorry, but I could not reproduce your problem. I created a new AD user, disabled it and synchronized it to WordPress with “Automatically deactivate users” and “Import disabled users” enabled. The user was deactivated as intended.
