Disabled Sizes auto Enabled after reload page

i think after update it not working coz my another site it have ThumbPress v4.1.1 its working fine :/ but my 2 dite i have update to ThumbPress v4.2.3 now its not working i am stuck what to do????

I have the same issue, I dont know about older versions but this one is with issue.
