I understand that you have disabled shipping and shipping calculations on your store, but you are still seeing the shipping address on the edit order page and on your payment processor. There are a few possible reasons why this might happen, and I’ll try to help you troubleshoot them.
- First, please make sure that you have the latest version of WooCommerce and that your theme and plugins are updated as well. Sometimes, outdated versions can cause conflicts or bugs that affect the checkout process.
- Second, please check if you have any custom code snippets or functions that might override the default WooCommerce settings and force the shipping address to be displayed or collected. You can do this by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and the payment gateway you are using. Then, test the checkout process again and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, then you can reactivate your theme and plugins one by one until you find the culprit.
