Disabled 'Right Now', etc. panels but still showing

    Hi, for some reason, even though I’ve gone to ‘Dashboard Panels’, and clicked ‘Yes’ for ‘Hide Right Now’, ‘Hide ‘Recent Comments’, Hide Other Dashboard Panels’, they are still showing up. I’ve made sure that I selected ‘visible to’ ‘Editor’. But when I login as an Editor, I still see those panels. I do see the added Welcome Panel that I created, but the others should be gone!
