Disabled ReCAPTCHA Still Unable To Login

    I had installed ReCAPTCHA on my site conceptz.co

    Since yesterday, I was facing an error on the login page for Invalid Keys (v3), which prevented me from logging in completely.

    I accessed the files using SFTP and removed the CAPTCHA plugin completely and have also removed the site from the reCAPTCHA admin panel.

    Now, even though the Invalid Keys error on the login page is gone, I am getting the following error just after entering the username and password

    Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. Do you have JavaScript enabled?
