The plugin was working perfectly and I was getting subscribers. I was considering upgrading to Pro, then I discovered the plugin was causing a conflict and was disabling the embedded videos I have many posts.

FYI – I had to disable the plugin so that the videos would display. But, let me know when you’re able to take a look and I’ll be happy to re-activate your plugin.

I’d love to see this issue resolved so I can reactivate your plugin.
    Thank You, Steve

    Hello there,

Sorry for the trouble. Let’s see how we can help.

Are you using another plugin for your video embeds or just the default youtube embed code from YouTube?

Also, is Optin Cat making your video embeds to disappear?

Were you using the normal popup form only or was this occurring due to other types of Optin forms that you deployed?

Please get back to us with this information and we’ll see what we can do to assist you next.

    Thanks.

No other video embed plugins. Just the default youtube URL
The Optin Cat is causing the video to NOT display, just the video URL displays.
I was using the following: Sidebar Widget (Flat), Post Boxes (Flat), and Popups (Flat)

Here’s a link to video to hopefully expian even better. Let me know if the link worked ok.

    Hello Steve,

Thanks for the explanation video. It helped clear things up.

I tested this in my local installation of WordPress and was not able to replicate this issue so this must be something unique to your installation. Possibly caused by a plugin or a theme conflict.

To search for conflicts, please follow these quick steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Head here for detailed instructions:

If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please let us know the name of the software and also try to contact the author of the software to see if they can fix it.

Hey there, I’ve done all that already. That’s how I narrowed it down to some sort of conflict with the Theme (Relive V1.0.7 By TeslaThemes) & your Plugin. ;-(

    Hello there,

Thanks for going through the conflict isolation steps.

Since this a not so well known theme and we have no other users using it (no other reports so far), we cannot support this at the moment. So I would suggest you contact the theme author instead for a fix in this case.

    Thanks.
