Disabled level still available for enrollment

    Hi,

    We disabled a free level in PMPro through: Check to hide this level from the membership levels page and disable registration, however the level is still showing up when users are trying to enroll a new course. Free Level. They’re being taken to the Membership Plans page where the level is not available anymore.

    Please advise

    Thanks for reaching us here!
    This issue is not occurring in our testing environment. It occurred on your site because of the caching plugins activated with the most probability. Please check it for the browser cache and caching plugins. Please be kindly informed that the membership level should be deleted from the Membership plugin not to show it in the dropdown. If this plan was created and the course is available in this plan – it will appear in this dropdown.
    Because after the plan is expired – the users/students can purchase it one more time.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your email. We don’t use caching in our test environment for obvious reasons, that’s why we found it a bit odd.

    Deleting the level made it disappear both in the membership area and the drop down list, however disabling the level made it disappear in the membership area only, but not the dropdown list.

    We deleted the level now so the issue is resolved, but I do appreciate looking into this.

    If this occurs again I’ll be sure to provide more details.
