    Hi Guys,

This plugin looks really nice, but I’ve disabled it until I find out:

Can it be used alongside Yoast SEO, using a few suggestions from the WP Meta SEO to bump up my optimisation?

I’m asking this because Yoast usually throws the dummy out of the pram if I install a second SEO plugin, but with WP Meta, there are no warnings.

If they CAN be used together, what settings need to be adjusted?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback!
Yes, it could work with Yoast, but I won’t recommend it for performance reason. You will load unnecessary features twice like the meta information editor. You have something like 70% of the features that are similar, the other are different, but it’s up to you to choose what is the best fit regarding your website content ??

    Cheers,

    Hi @joomunited,

I think I’ll stay with Yoast then.

Reading through a few of the support threads, I get the impression that WP Meta, whilst looking really nice, will bugger up my meta descriptions, the same way that Rankmath and SEOPress used to do.

    Thanks anyway.
