    Hi,

    I’ve been using the plugin for almost a year and recently more an more customers are complaining about getting an error message “the billing country is required” while the option is disabled in the backend and even validation is set to none.

    As it is a required field they can not continue the purchase. The interesting thing is that it occurs just to a portion of the customers the other can use my site flawlessly.

    What can be the problem?

    Can you send us the website address and country for which problem appears?

    A screenshot with field settings in the plugin will also be useful. Could you also send it please?

    Sure!

    The website it gyermekagykontroll.hu and the country is Hungary. The country was required (as I couldn’t tick it off) but not enabled. It worked for many, showed error for a some.

    Here is a screenshot I got from a customer.

    You may see that all fields are green but we have an error.

    Hi László,

    I placed a test order in your store but I did not notice any errors.

    In contrast, the country field was enabled during purchansing. In the screen shot you uploaded, I do not see this field. Has it been turned on in the meantime?
