Disabled fields

namely the top two – ‘course code’ and ‘course name’ I don’t want to be user editable

This is a bit tricky but should work

Can you try to add this CSS on WordPress > Appearance > Additional CSS?

#forminator-module-2284 #forminator-field-text-9{
    pointer-events: none;
    opacity: 0.5;
}

Unfortunately that doesn’t prevent users from tabbing (or shift+tabbing) into those fields so it’s not really ideal. Should I just stick with Javascript?

Enable the Form to load from ajax:

It should disable both fields using JavaScript.
