• Hi, I have set up the date picker form with Contact Form 7.

    It has been working fine, but there is an issue with the disabled days.

    I have set the form up so that the days Saturday and Sunday are disabled (as this is when the offices are shut).

    However, we received an enquiry on a Sunday, and the date they picked was Sunday. This was because the default date is todays date, and for some reason the date was allowed to be selected.

    When viewing the form, the Saturday and Sunday dates are greyed out and can’t be selected. It seems that the customer can only select these disabled dates when they use the form on those specific days (Saturday / Sunday).

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It’s a bit challenging to replicate the issue, especially since it’s not the weekend today. I haven’t received similar reports from other users either.

    Just to dig a bit deeper, have you made any modifications to the plugin with a custom script or any other changes that might impact the date picker behavior?

    Thanks for the reply.

    I’ve not made any modifications to the plug-in, just used the general settings and disabled Saturdays and Sundays.

    If the plugin was working correctly before and you haven’t made any recent modifications, it’s possible that a change on the website might be causing the issue.

    We haven’t released an update yet, so there haven’t been changes from our end. However, our team is actively working on a revamped version, set to be released in the first quarter. This update aims to enhance performance and user experience.
