Disabled custom emails, but still sending them

    With debugging turned on, I see this when Custom Emails is turned off:

    Moderators, would you please delete or revise my last post. I did not mean to include the full path in the error message above, and it doesn’t feel safe having that level of information visible on a public forum. Sorry!

    When a module is not active, it’s code does not get included. Those errors must have been generated while it was still active.
