Sorry that you ran into issues here!
That message doesn’t sound familiar to the plugin…I’m wondering if that’s the theme’s contact form and not ours.
First, our contact form is enabled under Directory Admin->Manage Options, Listings tab. If it’s already enabled and you see this message, you might check a conflict test next.
