Disable WYSIWYG(visual editor textarea)

We have tested it on our local server with azera shop plugin and it is working fine.
Can you please share screen-shot of issue?

Is not about he works, is about remove it
he occupying so many space on window
i cant show it on smart phone

Hi @pedrohmix,

You can not remove the description field. But you can disable the CKEditor here Support Plus > Advance Settings > CKEditor.
