Disable Wrapping Images with a Link

Hi, In some special cases, I would like to disable wrapping images to a link. By default, this plugin embeds all jpg, jpeg, gif or any image file with a <img> tag, which opens in a blank tab.

Is it possible to disable the <img> link on some cases?
It would be better, if you add a filter to enable/disable on some forms fields without making change in plugins code.
