• Hi @icegram,

    I have found that the check box in settings that is supposed to disable WPcron no longer works.

    I have notice that once I publish a post that it starts sending straight away and is intermittent in the numbers it sends.

    This was working fine until a few updates back, would you have an idea why this might be? have you changed or removed the disable WPcron feature?

    Also I am still waiting for my invoice which I have not received for the purchased of the pro starter pack despite several emails to you requesting a copy via your own contact form and via direct email.

    I look forward to your update.

    Hello,

    @icegram

    Is there any update on the above issue with regards to the fact that the disable WPcron job checkbox is no longer effective?

    If you don’t have anything I will have to disable it permanently and remove / delete the WPcron schedule, as it does not allow for moderation if our posts go out immediately over 15min periods. We publish then deliver overnight via a host cron.

    The above overnight delivery gives time for moderation of the editors content by an administrator but as the disable WPcron checkbox is failing to halt the delivery of the post via email notification straight away then this has become unworkable.

    If you have a fix or you believe there should be no problem then please let me know else I will have to delete the WPcron schedule from WordPress altogether.

    Lookforward to an update on this..

    Andrew

    @icegram

    Cron schedule “ig_es_fifteen_mins_interval”

    or the delete the cron event in totality.. “ig_es_cron_fifteen_mins”

    This is the cron schedule I need to remove if there is not a fix for the non functioning “Disable WordPress Cron” checkbox in the settings dashboard section of email subscribers.

    Andrew
