    Hi,

I’m using WooCommerce with Stripe Payment activated. I have activated Payment Request Buttons but I only want Apple Pay activated. Is there a way to deactivate other payment methods ( Google Pay ) that comes with the Payment Request Buttons?

    Thanks!

    Hi @roniewebstudio17,

I understand you are using Stripe payment gateway and would like to use only Apple Pay and deactivate other payment methods like Google Pay. By default, when you enable Payment Request Buttons, it enables all types of Payment Request button and you cannot deactivate it each button.

The easiest way would be to use custom CSS to hide the Goolge Pay button and add it in WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

If you’d like to learn more about CSS, I highly recommend using the free tutorials at w3schools. Here, you can find the basics of selectors (how to target the right element on the page), and properties (how to change the element on the page).

    Hi @tibetanitech

Thanks for the input. That’s what I was thinking too, although I was hoping to have some other way to do it.

    Thanks!

    Best Regards,

    Hi Ronie,

Yes, there is no other way to hide only selected payment buttons available in Stripe. I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
