Disable Weekly Report

Tell me the reason, please.

It is nice to have the option to disable getting emails. Clients freak out when they see 100 ips were blocked.

But normally they should not. If a client is afraid to hear the real truth about suspicious/malicious activity on their own website, probably they should not have a website at all? Anyway, you can set your own email address for notifications.

In the next version, there will be a new setting to specify email addresses for report emails.

+1 to disable… we don’t want these emails and clients don’t want them either.

I also do not want those mails.
Maybe fine with just one website. But if you manage many of them really annoying.

This new field to manually enter recepient mail will not help.

– If empty, website installation mail is used.
– If filled with non-existent mail address it would still force PHP mailer to work. And send mail to non-existing address. Not at all right way to do it.

I stopped using this plugin because of this. Hopefully the author changes this in the future. I have never seen a plugin that forced emails before.

A week ago a new version with ability to turn off/on reporting and set alternative emails for email reports has been released. I wonder is there a plugin with the same level of flexibility.

Where is this option to turn reporting off ?
I cannot see it.

Best place for it is in days select list, as “Never”.
Or at least one filter, not all has to be in GUI options.
