    Hello Developers,

I experience very bad performance issues that is directly related to the WC Analytics plugin. It fills up Ajax and creates errors in the backend. See this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/sbu9n9

Is there a simple way to disable the plugin in the backend? The number of requests are in my opinion too many and I would like this to stop.

    With thanks,
    Demian

    Hi @demian85

This is now WooCommerce Google Analytics, this looks related to WooCommerce Analytics in the core WooCommerce plugin.

If I am interpreting your screenshot correctly, this is about the new WooCommerce Analytics – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/

If so, this is not part of the Google Analytics plugin – I’ll ask a moderator to move this to the WooCommerce Core forum.

For your question specifically – do you see the 524 number? This is an HTTP Error code and it is specific to Cloudflare – are you using Cloudflare services at all?
This article may help – https://community.cloudflare.com/t/community-tip-fixing-error-524-a-timeout-occurred/42342

    Hi @dougaitken

Thanks for pointing this out, meanwhile I have noticed what is going on. Since the 4.0 version of woocommerce it comes with default integrated analytics and reports. Because we have a large shop with a lot of activity it created almost each 5 minutes a cron job with wc-admin_import_orders.

It bloated and cancelled other cron jobs, while we have a very strong server. It took me some days to figure out, but it’s resolved.

Because we do not use this admin analytics, and I didn’t notice the new integration, I made the easy confusion. My apologies for this.

    With thanks,
    Demian
