Hello today when i inspected a element with chrome and changed some thing on my website it looks like this: https://csidekayak.se
I thought the changes was reseted if you refreshed the page but i was wrong :/.

Now it gets extra space to the right and youre able to scroll vertical that i dont desire. Is there anyway to fix it?

also heres a link to how i want it to look (my old website): https://cside.net78.net

Sorry i meant i wanted to remove horizontal scroll…. my bad. Im really trying and i cant figure it out.

Hi there. Maybe you’re referring to the horizontal scroll, not vertical (?). It appears that your original site was constructed using the Site Origin Page Builder, but your new site was not. Also it looks like both of them are running a theme named “William”. Can you give us a little more background and maybe describe what you changed?

Thanks for trying to help me out and youre right… I meant the horizontal scroll. “william” is basically the hueman theme that i have modified. And today when i worked with the “simple fullscreen background plugin” and google inspect element i somehow added a horizontal scroll. The site orgin builder is not releavent as i haven’t used it for any of my pages yet. So i tried to reinstall the plugin and it didnt work. And now i am pretty much clueless. Also the night before that i added the footerlinks to facebook, google, and twitter. Do anyone have idea where i messed up?

I just pulled up your new site and it no longer has the horizontal scroll. Maybe it was the Full Screen Background plugin causing the problem?

Its seems to be the footer. When i remove the footer content it removes the horizontal scroll. Im still new to coding and i think i messed it up by postining the links with position: relative;. Not sure though… its also weird the problem didnt occour yesterday but happned today.

Sounds like you found it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for the help! I found the real culprit to the problem… i used a <h3> tag in the footer… ?? . I switced it to the a tag and now i can finnaly have my links and non horizontal design :).

    It is now resolved!
