Disable Username & Password on Login and Registration Form

    Hello,

    I have a WP site that is a companion for my Twitch channel. I am using SS plugin to allow users to login using their Twitch account. I ONLY want people to log in and register using Twitch as the auth service. I would like to completely disable the username/email and password fields on the login and registration pages and only allow people to connect via Twitch. Is this possible? How would one go about doing this?
