Disable update notifications, cores, plugins, themes

    Hi,
    i am using wordpress 4.9
    How to disable update notification (cores, plugins, themes) in dashboard, only admin can see updates, and all others roles to be disable.
    How to disable that in codes, not in plugins, plugins are not update timely & plugin developer may leave the plugin from upadating permenatly.
    SO, i only want codes to disable the three updates.
    Please hrlp me.
