Disable unselect on click

    Greetings,
    I’ve already seen this topic and understood the answer: Super Product Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Settings.
    However, I ask again, adding one detail.
    I would like when users select an option, they are then able to change their choice, BUT not be able to deselect.
    In short, I ask if there is a script that disables the possibility of deselecting options, but not of changing them.
