disable translation of title or content

  • Hello,
    I would like to understand how can I setup filters to achieve partially translatable content. In particular I need to:

    – make the titles of posts translatable, while keeping content (and everything else) not translatable, for a specific custom post type.
    – disable the translation of term names for a specific taxonomy, but keeping the term description translatable

    How can I obtain this?
    (and eventually, which tools can I use to discover how to do this kind of changes?)
