Disable time in comments

Hi,

Trying to disable the time in the comments section. I’ve disabled “the_time” so it no longer appears on pages or posts. “the_time” does not exist in my comments.php file so I can’t figure where to disable it. The site is at https://www.musiclibraryreport.com.
