    Hello,
Can you help me with this?
I have set up my newsletter and put the shortcode in the sidebar. How can I prevent the popup at the top from opening? I don’t want the popup option, it’s disabled but opens anyway.
    Thank you!

    Hi @gusum,

You’re using an Elementor form in the sidebar, but I see you also have a MailPoet form enabled. I assume this is the form you’re referring to, right?

This is a fixed bar form, as you have selected in the Form Placement panel in the MailPoet’s form editor: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/297-create-a-form-with-our-editor#placement

You mentioned you have already disabled this form. Can you please check if you have disabled the correct form, and confirm it’s indeed disabled? You can check for it by going to the MailPoet > Forms page. The form’s status should have the toggle greyed out.

    Hi Bruna!

I have left only the MailPoet form.
I have selected the shortcode option and inserted it into a widget in the sidebar.
The problem is that the popup opens and I don’t want there to be a popup.
How do I remove the popup?

    Thanks!

    Hi @gusum,

To remove the fixed bar form and leave only the form in the sidebar, please go to MailPoet > Forms, click to edit your form and then select the “Fixed bar” option in the Form Placement panel. Then you should disable this option and save the form.

Let me know if it works!
