• Hello,

    I have 2 points of sale.

    There is 1 point of sale with pickup hours and another point of sale without pickup hours.

    When I select the point of sale without pickup hours and proceed to confirm the order, it prompts me to “select a pickup time.”

    I would like to be able to select the point of sale without pickup hours without being prompted to choose the pickup hours for the other point of sale.

    How can I separate the point of sale without pickup hours from the other point of sale?

    The plugin has an option to restrict the local pickup time to only Local Pickup shipping methods, and in addition you actually have to turn on the local pickup time for each individual Local Shipping method. Have you turned these settings on? This isn’t the default behavior,and requires extra configuration, because that isn’t how the plugin originally worked, so this functionality was added later but requires turning it on so as not to break backwards compatibility.

    If I enable both pickup times, it will be the same schedule for both Local Pickup shipping methods.

    Is it possible to have different pickup hours depending on the Local Pickup shipping methods?

    @harmoniecuisine OK, in your original post you had mentioned a situation of having a shipping method with pickup hours and another without. It is currently not possible to have different pickup hour based on shipping method. Currently pickup times are managed at the store(site) level and tracked at the order level.

    I desactivate ?the local pickup time for this one : Pick-up point: Social Center (2 Rue Marat, 18100 Vierzon), Tuesday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

    but the other one is activate : Pick-up point: La Chaponnière 18100 Saint-Hilaire-de-Court

    I don’t understand why i can’t proceed to the payment when i select the first one.

    It seems that even if I select the optional pick-up option, it still asks me to choose a pick-up time. It’s strange :/
