    Hello!

Great plugin! We were going to use the offical WC Donation plugin but it was so clunky and ugly and didn’t really tie in with WC as we had expected, so loving this project and the potential ??

Couple of things maybe you can help with…

    1.) Hide the “Other” button
2.) Allow a one time donation per “Product”

Also we’re using elementor and the checkout is fine with regular products but having some formatting issues with your checkout. See screenshare provided.

    Thanks!!

    Hi,

thanks for using Donation Platform for WooCommerce ??
You can hide the button using by adding the following CSS to your site:
    #wcdp_label_custom_amount {display:none;}
I’m afraid I don’t quite understand what you mean by point 2. Can you please describe this point in more detail?
I suspect that the error on the checkout page is not coming from Elementor, but rather from another plugin. Can you please try disabling the different WooCommerce extensions one by one and check if the error still occurs? Otherwise, I can also take a look at it on your site, but currently donations are only possible for registered users.

    Best regards,
    Jonas

PS: If you like Donation Platform for WooCommerce and want to support the further growth and development of the plugin, please consider rating it with ★★★★★ Thank You

Thank you for your speedy reply!!

To clarify….Customer is taking donations for specific items they want to add to their library. Once that donation is received they don’t want to accept any more for that item. Would setting a stock level to 1 make a difference? Or even a SOLD where I can change the label. Does your plugin utilize those WC features?

Oh, and where can I change labels? Such as “Choose an amount” since each item only has the one amount.

I’ll look into the checkout issue further.

Ok, I’ve added a regular product and having no issues with the cart. Please check my original post for an updated screenshare link.

I’ve enabled the site so you can test it yourself and if you need, I’ll be happy to provide admin access.

And there’s a few more things. If you could let me know where to contact you, I can send you the problems and I’ll be happy to pay for anything outside of the basic support scope. Thanks!
