Disable the “Location” on the Search Bar

    Hello.

    Is there a way to keep the search bar but disable the “Location” on it?

    Our site is for the second hand trading in the same location, let’s why we want to disable it, no need the users to even enter the location on the form to submit.

    Or it is the function for an extension?

    I think it’s the functions of the “Custom Fields” extension, right?

    Hi,
    yes, it is possible to do this with the Custom Fields extension, but if you do not have access to it and only need this one change then i can write for you a code snippet that will remove the location from the search bar.

    We currently use the CCS to display:none on that section, so far we are OK on that.
