    “Disable the built-in file editors”

    breaks Yoast breadrumbs with the result that php code gets shown instead.

    It was not such an easy problem to figure out!

    @davewatts thanks for reporting the issue. I’ve tried to reproduce the issue by installing both Yoast and Really Simple SSL on an empty sandbox. I have added the Yoast breadcrumbs block to a page, and enabled the “disable the built-in file editors” option.

    The breadcrumb still showed without issues. If you enable the feature again, does the problem return?

    If so, can you maybe share the theme you are using so we can test with the theme as well?

    Let me know if you have further info so we can look into it. We haven’t heard any other reports of this, and haven’t been able to reproduce.
