Disable the Access Denied Email That Goes out to Deleted Users

Is there a way to modify or disable this email that goes out? If I delete someone from the users list, I’d rather send them a different message.

I’m using MailPress to modify the other wordpress autoresponders. Wondering if there is a hook to overwrite the access denied emails.
