Disable the ability to vote but keep the number of likes on each post.

  • Hello,

    I run a contest where people can vote for their favorite project. While waiting for the votes to be opened, I want to disable the option to vote, without disabling the plugin.
    Also, when the contest is over, I want to prevent people from voting while still displaying the number of likes on each post.
    How do I do this?
