Disable term link

Good afternoon,

Is it possible to disable the link of the terms and only show the tooltip on hover?
In the settings you can choose for ‘only link’ or ‘link and tooltip’. I would like to have the option ‘only tooltip’.
Or maybe there is tweak to do this?
