Disable TablePress for editors

Hi,

Thanks for this plugin!

I’d like to disable access to TablePress for editors in the admin panel. I’ve tried removing their capabilities with User Role Editor, Members and with a custom function, but it doesn’t seem to work. I found the following capabilities, but they are unchecked by default in both plugins:

• edit_tablepress_tables
• edit_others_tablepress_tables
• delete_tablepress_tables
• publish_tablepress_tables
• read_private_tablepress_tables

Is there another way I’m not aware of?
