Disable suscription

Hi,
I added the shortcode from the Mailpoet form. The HTML code didn’t changed. So, i tryed to change it manually, but it didn’t work correctly.
So, i let the shortcode and disable suscription. In preview, everything is ok, but online, we can see white spots (cf.picture)
