plugin doesn’t work and i dont know what is going on stackexchange… what should i do? there i a change of code for disabling it?

The performance issue was raised before you did and it seems to have been closed without appropriate follow up. I was pointing towards that.

Paste the following in your admin-ajax.php file:

function no_tag_suggest() {
    if( DOING_AJAX == true && $_GET['action'] == 'ajax-tag-search' ) ) {
        die;
    }
}    
add_action('admin_init', 'no_tag_suggest');
