Disable subscriptions ?

  • I’d like to reorganize my blog which means relaunching all my old articles in “post” format rather than “pages” as it is now, but I don’t want them all to be sent out again to my subscribers.

    Is there anyway to disable subscriptions for a day or so, allowing me to relaunch them all without flooding peoples inbox?

    My subscriptions are managed through Jetpack.

    I would disable it, but I’m a little scared that after re-enabling it the old ones might not be there.

    Is that the way to proceed then? disable it, make my changes, relaunch Jetpack?

    Does anybody know the answer to this for certain?

    If I disable subscriptions in Jetpack so I can make some changes, then re-enable it, are all my old subscribers still there? Thanks
