Disable subscription confirmation not working

    Hi,

    I understand that when the two scenarios are turned on, not confirmation email is sent or better still the user is not asked to confirm subscription.

    Disable subscription confirmation for registered users
    Disable subscription confirmation for guests

    I tested and email is sent for confirmation and until confirmation notification emails for replies on the comments are not send to the users or guests.

    Any help to make them work as such?

    Hi Coach Afrane,

    Please note, it doesn’t matter these options are disabled or not, guest must confirm their subscription first time. After the first subscription confirmation it’ll not ask for confirmation.

    There is no way disable it as it will not be safe. Users will be able to subscribe using wrong emails, or using email of other people.
