Disable State when US Terrorities selected as a country

Hi there,

I modified my list of states to include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Minor Outlying Islands when U.S. is selected as the country. I still like the user to be able to choose these as countries though as they are included in the Woocommerce list of countries by default. When they’re selected though, the user is still required to manually type in a state (and there’s no select drop-down). I noticed in the log for 3.4.2 that the state was disabled for a couple of countries. Would it be possible to do this to the U.S. territories as well or would this cause problems? If so, is there still a good way for me to disable them manually?
