Disable social media auto post to facebook by default

There is no default option to disable auto-publish to Facebook in Social Media Auto Publish,it is a premium feature.
But you can disable auto publish on edit(Auto publish on editing posts/pages/custom post types) ,but it will apply for the 3 configured social media accounts.
Another option is to set Enable auto publish post to my Facebook account as No when you do not want to auto publish to fb, but when you want to auto publish you must set it to Yes.
And also you can control it from the post edit page by setting Enable auto publish post to my Facebook account as no from the metabox as shown in the attached screenshot https://prnt.sc/lzkgad .

but the issue with this method is that, if I want to post few posts, then I need to come back to the settings page and reenable facebook post to yes.

Yes, but account level selection options are premium feature.
However you can disable posting to Facebook from the metabox at edit page of post/page/custom-post-type as shown in this screenshot at https://prnt.sc/lzkgad.
