Disable sidebar from dropping on narrow width display

    I have an issue where the sidebar drops when the browser width is reduced.

    I’ve applied a fix to stop this happening on the Home page.

    The sidebar DIV is contained within the main-sidebar-container DIV on most pages, yet on the Home page the sidebar DIV is outside of the main-sidebar-container DIV.

    Can anyone explain why this is happening, when they are using the same template?
