Disable shortcodes in excerpts of related posts

Please set an option to disable shortcodes (all or certain) in excerpts of related posts. For now, for example, when NextGen Gallery or Justified Image Grid galleries shortcodes come down to excerpts, they’re expanding to complete gallery, breaking design of Related Posts block.
