Disable shipping options in cart

Hi there,

I would like to disable shipping options in the cart page as it is confusing that there are two options for selecting the shipping method, one in the cart and again in the checkout.

I found an option unter “shipping” -> “enable the shipping calculator on the cart page” (not checked) but it does not work, it only removes the option to change the address, not the shipping options themselves. Have I to hide it with CSS (in this case one method still will be selected by default) or a Snippet as described here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37304801/how-to-remove-shipping-from-woocommerce-cart?

Or is it a bug?
