    Hello,

    1. How to disable shipping? We only want to sell virtual gift card, no delivery or shipping option/charges should be displayed at the checkout page.
    2. On the youtube documentation, I found there are 4 readymade templates but I didn’t find any after installing the plugin.
    3. https://prnt.sc/Dey7D6B71bwS When I tried to add form its not creating any form instead of just refreshing the page

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,

    1. If you don’t want sent the gift card via shipping then please choose the email to recipient delivery method in that the gift card mail will directly send to recipient via mail
    2. Please make sure that you haven’t renamed the template then only the templates will be shown
    3. In our org plugin we don’t provide the option to create a gift card template.

    2. Please check: https://prnt.sc/Dey7D6B71bwS There is no template, I didn’t delete anything, Ive deactivated and install the plugin again to check but still no template
