Disable Select term dropdown

As shown in this screenshot, if you type the attributes term (keyword) into the field, the attribute will show up for you to quickly select.

@sukafia The thing is i got like 30k products
with a ton of attributes its super slow
thats the main reason i want it disabled ??

There isn’t an easy way to convert the attribute value section into a simple textbox. This is something you can achieve via code customization. If you are not familiar with coding, we recommend getting in touch with a web developer: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

One workaround I can suggest (especially if you are bulk-updating) is update attributes via a CSV file. You can read more about Product CSV Importer and Exporter here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/
