Disable search interception

It seems like PWB is intercepting the search functionality such that if a brand name is specified, it redirects to the brand page.
e.g.:
This URL:
https://electricdirect.co.il/?s=sony&post_type=product&dgwt_wcas=1redirects to:
https://electricdirect.co.il/brand/sony/Is it possible to disable this feature? I actually have customized every page of my store and would prefer not to use the brands pages at all.
