This is an issue on any page on our website.

We allow people to search keywords on our website so “Disable search hot-keys” is not checked. On a Windows, you can hit CTRL F and search. On a MAC, CMD F does not work.

The other hot-keys CMD G and CMD SHIFT G do work. So it is only CMD F. I don’t know if this is a MAC issue or one with the plugin. You can do the manual way of going to the menu and click edit and then find and that works.

    Thank you for your help.

    Dear @tornadohistory,

    Thank you for your patience.

We checked your case and identified the issue you’re encountering.
However, we do not see any problems originating from the plugin.

Please try turning off the “Enable Copy Protection” option on your website.
After a few seconds, you can enable it again.

    See the screenshot below:

Additionally, please let us know if you have caching enabled.
If so, clear all caches and check the case again.

Also, let us know which version of the plugin you are currently using.

Please make sure to update us on the outcome.
We look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We tried the things you suggested and there has been no change.

I turned off the “Enable Copy Protection” option and after a few seconds, enabled it again and no change. I also flushed the cache and no change.

CMD G works but that is not an option most with a Mac use. We had a complaint that CMD F is not working.

    We are using version: 9.4.4.

    Thanks!

    Dear @tornadohistory,

    Thank you for your response.

It appears that you are using an older version of the plugin.
The latest version of the Business package is 9.4.6, and it seems you do not have that installed.

    See the screenshot below:

Please update to the latest version so we can further investigate your case.
