disable "search and replace"-dialog

How can I disable this unusable things?

Or please ensure that this thing is not in a lightbox, the text is no longer “gray out” and include complete access to the text editor.

It would also be nice if the found text is scrolled into view
and a function ala “lift out all the findings” would be quite handy.

If not, then should not the search function (Ctrl+F) of the browser are disabled!
