disable/restrict Admin Nag for license renewal

    I don’t want any user except administrator level to see the admin nag for license renewal for add-ons (we’re on auto renew anyway). The nag code is in the free plugin, not the add-on, hence why I’m posting here.

    The license for the WP RSS Aggregator - Feed to Post add-on is about to expire. Please renew it to keep receiving updates and benefit from support.

    You’re right @maximledoux. We should be restricting these notices to only be shown to users with the right permissions. We’ll add the restriction in the next version.
