    Thanks for contacting us.

    Please go to Dashboard > Support > Settings > Miscellenious > Advanced > Allow reply to closed tickets > Remove “Customer” from the list.

    I have a similar issue: I set up in the past different statuses for resolved ticket but customer can still reply on status others than “closed”.

    How can I fix it?

    Hello @forprof,

    Please go to the Dashboard > Support > Ticket List > More Settings > Advanced > Closed Statuses > Add those statuses in this list.

    This will resolve the issue.

    Thank you for your quick support, unfortunately this does not work in this major version (installed Version 3.1.6), it was ok in ver.2.xxx
